Mind body healing workshops

'Mindbodyhealing' workshops are conducted to teach basic relaxation and stress management techniques to corporate employees, students and people of different age groups. These workshops ignite the urge to know and understand 'SELF' and that is where the journey starts. Self-awarness opens up the path for solutions to many challenges.

Why are these workshops necessary?

A company knows the importance of its employee’s health and wellness. An employee who is physically healthy and mentally relaxed is definitely going to give his best.

With a very strong belief that Physical Health is a reflection of our Mental Health, I have designed this training program of “Mind Body Healing”

How mind body healing workshops came to be?

My journey of Clinical Hypnosis started when I did a workshop of ‘Transformation‘ under Dr. B. M. Palan who is a known personality in Hypnosis globally and is the founder member and past president of the Hypnosis Society of India.

This workshop of ‘learning self-hypnosis techniques’ changed my life. It gave me a relaxation experience which I had never felt before. This inspired me to take up a Post Graduate Diploma course under the guidance of Dr. B.M.Palan at the Charusat University, which set the ball rolling. And now I am equipped to spread positivity through these techniques.
